Terms & Conditions
✻ Whitney adopts various tools and modalities for your reading, which may include but not limited to: aura reading, tarot reading, palmistry, human design and astrology. The modality she uses is dependent on each session and is not confined to any one type.
✻ Please be punctual for your scheduled readings. Each reading is allotted a maximum of 60 minutes, with basic readings lasting between 15-30 minutes, and full readings lasting between 45-60 minutes. A maximum grace period of 15 minutes will be allowed. If you exceed this grace period, the session may be shortened to accommodate other bookings.
✻ Clients who do not show up within 30 minutes of the appointed time will be marked as a no-show. Payments made for the will be forfeited in the event of a no-show.
✻ Readings must be scheduled within 3 months of your purchase, or your booking will be forfeited. This term applies even if you're purchasing multiple readings for multiple people.
✻ We do not allow cancellations under any circumstances, so please be sure of your commitment before you book! However, if you need to reschedule for any reason, please contact us at hello@wbcollectif.com at least 24 hours before your appointment. Rescheduling is only permitted once.
✻ Important instructions for your reading will be sent together with your invoice once your payment has been processed. Please check your junk folder or add hello@wbcollectif.com to your address book in case you do not receive our emails.
✻ By booking a reading, you consent to the reading and acknowledge that all information discussed during the session is strictly confidential.
